INTASC #7: Instructional Planning

INTASC Principle #7: The teacher plans instruction based upon knowledge of subject matter, students, the community, and curriculum goals. 

INTASC #7 Interpretation: A teacher that meets this goal, understands how to plan organzied instruction for her students. A goal of this principle is to plan instruction that reaches all students, meets state standards, and is a fun and learning experience for everyone. I must as a teacher, support my students in their diverse learner needs and plan instruction that will help them at any level.

Artifact Reflection:
I chose to give an insight into an entire school from the school where I did my observation. Even though, this is not my classroom schedule, this will be good for me to use as a reference when I start organizing my first classroom.
