INTASC #1: Content Knowlegde
INTASC Principle #1:The teacher understands the central concepts, tools of inquiry, and structures of the discipline he or she teaches and can create learning experiences that make these aspects of subject matter meaningful for students.
INTASC #1 Interpretation: I understand the content for subjects I am to teach and how to teach them to students. I understand that I must have excellent knowledge in all subjects to be able to help students who do not understand. As a teacher, I need to understand how students learn and accomodate lessons that will be suitable for them.

Artifact Reflection:
The artificats that I chose to represent my interpertation of INTASC #1 is my unofficial transcript showing the classes that I have completed and the classes that are in progress. I feel that this is a good representation of content knowledge because this is a representation of things that I have learned.
The second artifact that I chose is my certificate of attendance at the T3 Regional Math Conference that was held at Texas Woman’s University. By attending this conference, I learned more about using technology in the subjrect of math for many different grade levels.
